Request Status filter on /admin/content/foia-requests does not include virus scan options

When filtering FOIA Requests by status on the /admin/content/foia-requests tab, the status options provided by the Request Status drop down do not include "Pending virus scan"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Submit a FOIA Request
2. Navigate to /admin/content/foia-requests
3. Verify that status of the request is Pending virus scan
4. Select the Request Status dropdown and observe 'Pending virus scan' is not an option
