Why don't write HelixerPost using python?

Why don't write HelixerPost using python? It is hard to compile it on some machine without root access.

Hi, you can build the helixer_post_bin file on a machine with root access and then transfer only the binary to the machine where you don't have it. As long as OS and architecture are the same between the two machines, the binary should work.
