Good job about Helixer! I'm recently learning to use your software, but what confuses me is that I can't seem to find where the state transition matrix is defined? And I did not find the existence of the state transition matrix by looking at the two h5 files. So I want to know how to train the transition probability of HMM? It seems that the calculation of transition probability is not found in this repository because there is no training data.
