Vet new TypeScript releases against large corpus #12
Description
TypeScript team has to reason about whether a change is "breaking" in the long tail. AFAIK they don't have a mechanism to upgrade all TS code at Microsoft to determine how many code locations produce a type check diagnostic for a given change.
Would be cool to show the newly produced diagnostics in a very large codebase for a TS nightly.
