Groups 2 - endless on-peek spam

Describe the bug
Dojo is endlessly spamming %group-store: on-peek... for the groups I host, which is hogging all the CPU and causing the fans to be on full blast on the machine hosting my ship.

I'm able to read messages, but as far as I can tell I'm unable to post anything (my messages remain gray). (edit: messages went through eventually after closing the browser and restarting urbit)

Operating context

• Device:
  • Host: Clevo laptop (P65_P67SG)
  • Client: OnePlus 7T
• OS:
  • Host: Ubuntu 22.04.1
  • Client: Android
• Browser: Vivaldi (however this issue continues even if I close all browser tabs accessing Urbit)
• Landscape Version: 6to5e
