Allow setting tolerations for otelcolDaemonset.

Currently otelcolDaemonset cannot be deployed on all nodes with the otelcol-sidecar.yaml template.

Opentelemetry operator does support setting tolerations in its CRD.

Editing the generated otelcol-daemonset after deployment is working:
