Window not scrollable

The extension window on Firefox will not allow scrolling down in the rules menu, cutting off anything more than 2 requests.

I confirm the problem exists in Mozilla Firefox 110.0b6 (64-bit), Default Account for Google products 1.14 (January 17, 2023).
