Remove blur from space photos in the settings

Many people I came across when onboarding felt the cover and image uploaded had bad quality due to the blur effect added when someone's in the settings. Please let's remove it:

And what about the dimming (slightly opaque dark overlay)? It's kinda required to see the white edit icon on a potentially white image in the background.
