Setup robust logging

console object should not be used for reporting purposes and a more robust and central logger should be introduced. Remove all existing console statements (if any)

Thanks for picking up this issue.
We would like to have a central logging solution. I think using Winston is a good choice.
You can configure it in the config directory.
I am thinking that it would be nice to have a logs directory too which should be ignored by git.
So making Winston work on console and file would be the targeted solution.

I think we can discuss the settings to be configured here, but I think info and above for file and debug and above for console sounds fair for now.
