Recently Played Failover

We should determine some kind of default behavior or failover for when the playlist information from Spinitron goes stale. As of this writing (10:15am), the most recently played item in the playlist feed is from around 1am today. 

Maybe we need to check and see if the last song is within some specified time constraint (2hrs?) and, if not, don't show the playlist or replace it with something else.
