feature: support for apple silicon

Description

The current version of RaptGen-UI does not offer support for Apple Silicon. This feature addition aims to design a Docker Compose setup that allows PyTorch to be used on Apple Silicon.

Goals

• Enable recognition and utilization of MPS instead of CUDA.
• Build Docker Compose from the docker-compose.macgpu.yaml source.
