Add a monitoring platform for experiments

The core idea is to have a platform to configure, launch, and monitor experiments across multiple DFaaS nodes. Currently, we only have Ansible playbooks, but most of the work still needs to be done manually (e.g., creating the VM, configuring it, and ensuring it can be accessed by Ansible). Also, after running the playbooks, there is no way to monitor the progress of the experiments. While we use k6, it only provides monitoring from the user point of view.

We could introduce an additional node (VM) where all metrics and statuses from the various nodes can be collected (e.g., through Prometheus). We may also explore using Crossplane to help automate and orchestrate this process.
