Furiganize issue on Windows 11 #4

Description

@AlbertMetz

I managed to get Furiganize macro to run without any issues on my Linux Mint (LMDE) distribution, but when I tried to install it on a Windows 11 machine I get an error. I installed MeCab and Kakasi and also made sure to include the correct %PATH% variables. When entering "mecab" in the Windows 11 command terminal it seems to run, no error is showing up. Attached are the screenshots when running the Furiganize python script directly via command terminal. I have also attached the error showing in LibreOffice.
