AWS ECR findings get a bit buried in the console and can be tough to surface. It would be nice to have them presented in this unified format.
Describe the solution you'd like
Once we decide on the normalized format in #47 I would like to also pull in findings from AWS ECR scans. The finding format can even be used to help inform the design of that normalized format. These findings can be pulled from the API, described here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECR/latest/APIReference/API_DescribeImageScanFindings.html
