[FEATURE REQUEST] Toggle Shadow of Flyout Elements

Description

I know its a very small detail, but could it be possible to toggle off the background shadow of the flyout elements to match the Windows 11 style better?
Windows 11 flyout elements dont have shadow on by default if Im not misstaken.

and Windows default looks like this - without shadows:

Additional context

I know someone already made a request for the background shadow so it matches with apps like Fluent Flyouts from FireCubeStudios. But for people that do not use these other additional apps, it would be really cool, if one could toggle of the background shadow :)

Confirm that you have done the following:

Hi @ImTheCzech, the quick panels, notification panels and tray icon flyout actually do have shadows, but it looks like you've turned them off in the settings (should be something related to power saving settings?), I'll look into this though if enough people are interested!

Yess of course! I would be really glad to have a toggle for the background shadow :)
