Improve flake inputs update workflow

I would like to have a tool (renovate? https://docs.renovatebot.com/modules/manager/nix/) make PRs for updating each input separately, and then maybe auto-merge nixpkgs ones if the build succeeds - which is hard in and of itself since i'm not sure i can even build this thing on github runners!!!
