Print widget uses immutable layer names

The name used for each layer in the legend seems to be hardcoded to the name in the web service:

API: https://services.arcgis.com/2gdL2gxYNFY2TOUb/arcgis/rest/services/Public_ParkingApp_View/FeatureServer/0

In addition labels dont show up on the printed map, which is a known problem. We are going to remove the Print widget for now until it is fixed.
