Virtual Coding Group

Welcome to the future? Whether we like it or not, coding group is going virtual. Please join us for our first meeting in this brave new world. Bring your ideas for projects and collaboration.

One of the things that coding group has always been about is rethinking how we in libraries do our work, particularly how technology and programming skills can fit into the working lives of all staff. In this first virtual meeting, I ask you to please consider how we in coding group might facilitate the continued contributions of staff whose jobs might not lend themselves seamlessly to 100% telework. Are there projects and collaborations we can imagine that would allow us to keep moving things forward? In addition to being a challenge, perhaps this can also be an opportunity.
