support for other Hypervisors?

I am not sure I agree with this train of thought:

pxe_ssh used to support vbox, virsh, vmware, parallels and xenserver.
virtualbmx only supports virsh/libvirt.

Isn't there a gap for those not using virsh/libvirt?
