Allele frequency, Allele Depth & Reference Depth

Hi,

Would it be please possible to print out following fields in the output file for dng dnm (trios)? Allele frequency, Allele Depth & Reference Depth?
Currently the output provides read depth for child, mother and father. I require distribution of Allele Depth & Reference Depth as well as Allele frequency (though AF can be calculated from Allele Depth & Reference Depth).
