Improve pedigree simplification #276
Description
Pedigrees are currently simplified to remove uninformative nodes. However, some nodes are not removed that can be.
- Two founders (without somatic data) that are only connected to a child, can be removed and the child made a founder.
- A zero-length branch can be removed: ((A,B):0,D) -> (A,B,D)
