Fix failing fuzz tests #9
Description
- out of memory from incorrect handling of EOF with NullString
- read_name and read_value return None
- xmb null pointers
- outputs don't match when input has null bytes in strings
- multiple root entries not preserved in xmb -> xml -> xmb conversion
- out of memory from length fields
