What package(s) to install for latest UKUI 3.0 on base Ubuntu?

I followed the install guidelines and added the ubuntukylin-members/ukui3.0 PPA on Ubuntu 20.04 (non-Kylin).

However, apt install ukui-desktop-environment resulted in an older MATE-based UKUI installation. I am not sure if this is a pinning issue of if I am supposed to install other packages for UKUI 3.0.

Maybe I wrongly assumed that this is an old version. However, the installation of the ukui-desktop-environment package resulted in the installation of a few MATE packages (MATE Terminal, MATE Calculator...) and the task bar looks suspiciously like the old version. Also, ukui-desktop-environment installed GNOME shell (I started from a minimal Ubuntu 20.04 without any DE).

Hi, You have already installed UKUI3.0, and now we still reused some components of MATE, such as mate-terminal, mate-cale and some other libs.

the task bar looks suspiciously like the old version
New features in the new taskbar include preview window and new calendar and other detail changes.

Also, ukui-desktop-environment installed GNOME shell
This is wried, UKUI don't depends gnome-shell, if you remove the gnome-shell, will the UKUI also be uninstalled?
