User story: Download content

As an EUK web app user, I want download options, presented in an intuitive, predictable and easy to understand way to download:

- single items, 
- multi-page PDFs, 
- collection guide/finding aid, 
- digital content from FindingAid viewer,

so that I can quickly and easily download any of the content in any format available that I need.
