Feature request: Focus the user name field on the login page

Hello there,

maybe I can also have a go at this directly, but before I create a pull request let's see if this is wanted behaviour:

• Go to the default inbuilt login page of Uitsmijter.
• To enter your user name, you have to click on the field.

Can we focus this field by default instead? This should be easily possible and saves a click every time (https://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/att_input_autofocus.asp)

thanks so much for bringing this up — and yes, absolutely wanted behaviour!

Great news: we've already tackled this in the version 11 branch, where the login field is automatically focused by default. We're currently looking into the best way to bring this improvement to the current 0.10 branch as well, so stay tuned!

We'll be pushing a PR in the next few days and would be happy to have you reviewing it! Either way, we really appreciate you taking the time to think about this and flagging it.

On that note, we have a broader question we'd love your thoughts on! Uitsmijter already allows you to bring your own login page, but we want to push this even further and make it much easier. Right now, you need to have templates (in Leaf format) sitting on an S3 bucket (https://docs.uitsmijter.io/customisation/template_login/#loading-templates-from-s3-bucket) — and we feel there's a lot of room to improve that experience.

So, if you could dream it up: how would you like to design and deploy your custom login page to Uitsmijter? A JavaScript Lib/Sdk? A sidecar pod? Something else entirely? We'd love to hear your ideas!
