generated `*-coll.c` tests failure on sparc/ia64/alpha/hppa

Test failure on sparc and ia64 ( https://bugs.debian.org/489844 ):

• test-c/test-gc-protect-coll.c

Test failure on alpha and hppa:

• test-c/test-storage-coll.c

They are generated from *.c files without -coll, so we apply patches them:

• https://sources.debian.org/src/sigscheme/0.9.0-4/debian/patches/test-storage-coll-0.8.3/

It says "Note that files of *-coll.c are generated files, we should change original too",
but I do not know it is ok that apply patches original *.c files, so I just reported it not pr.
