word "defined" might be not standard (in file load-preForth.fs) #2
Description
I'm trying to use pre-forth with a different Forth for Bootstrapping (other than SwiftForth or gforth).
However the word "defined" used in load-preForth.fs does not seem to be a standard word ("[defined]" is listed in the 200x Standard)
