Clearer distinction between the Open LLM Assistant and ML Automation

In direct comparison the difference seems clearer, but they sound similar at first glance and may be renamed or more distinguished from each other.

--> remove the ML Automation away from the "Tools"-view in the right tool bar to another more fitting place
--> make functions clearer (description, tool sets etc)
