Email Validation

• Create database schema for tracking and verifying emails
• Integrate email verification via Mailgun into the 'registration' process
• Ensure that ONLY ufl.edu emails are allowed
• Prevent non-ufl users from being verified (disallow gmail, yahoo, etc)
• Fix frontend validation of emails (in register and login)
• Ensure that first time account creation is simple (add grace period of no verification), but after grace period prevent login
