should be:
H->vmm.flags = (H->vmm.flags & ~VMM_FLAG_NOPAGING) | (qwValue ? 0 : VMM_FLAG_NOPAGING);

Thank you for reporting this bug. I'll fix it in the next update of MemProcFS, right now I'm looking after new years since I've been quite busy these days. I'll let you know once it's fixed.
