get ecdp to recognize new run directory format

The nextseq and miseq directories are a little different than the hiseq.  As a 
result I don't think they are being recognized, for example, there are two runs 
that have been entered in GENEUS but aren't showing up. Two examples are:

140828_NS500449_0002_AH12H9BGXX and
