Crashing when i take a picture in Left Landscape mode, right after clicking OK

When i take the picture in Left Landscape mode it works, but if i click *OK* while still in Landscape Mode It Crashes.

I've found that taking the picture in Left Landscape Mode and then flipping the phone to portrait before clicking OK, works fine, displays the Emoji overlaping
