When opening a previously created sketch, strokes sometimes get drawn behind scraps

1. From a unique canvas, open a preivously created canvas that has scraps with strokes on them. Pictures are ideal since they are opaque.
2. When canvas loads, the contents will load fine.
3. Draw something. All strokes will immediately go behind the scrap they are parented to.
4. Upon moving any scrap, this fixes itself.
