In the Request Group Creation popup we need documentation like this:
Qualifying faculty and staff may request the creation of a group for which they become the sponsor. Once the group is approved, the sponsor will be eligible to purchase resources for the group, as well as approve user access to the sponsor's resources.
In the new user Request Form:
Old: Who is sponsoring your account? If you are the PI wanting your own group, please select the 'Sponsors' group.
New: Who is sponsoring your account? If you are a qualifying faculty or staff member intending to request your own group, please select the 'Sponsors' group.
