Currently failed QueuedEvents are not returned via the EventQueue api so that they don't get repeatedly processed until the error condition is addressed. We need a way to allow admins to view and either delete them or resubmit them after the cause of the failure is addressed. We also need to update the Group Member Accounts page so that the Removal Pending message stays even when the event has a status of failed.
