If we feed into payments to do invoicing, we would need to go into a single "Registration" team.
But this means "contact info" in payments would either be wrong, too generic, or a pain.
Possibly, where we display contact info in payments (several places including pay page, and invoice PDFs, etc) could be over-written based on if something different was attached to the invoice. Going to add this to a payments issue too.
