There is validation that requires a specific value, but finjector doesn't supply this as it is a revenue account.

Look into this.

So Finjector entry in Payments/Reg would be done using a "dummy" expense type, and then the app would need to overwrite it with 410004

For CRP, I have GL validation where it is a warning if the GL account isn't 410004 This means that an admin can override this setting (you, me, but not users adding a new COA to their event)
But for PPM, if the ExpenditureType isn't that, it is an error (no one can save it).
So... Should the PPM one also be a warning so we can override it?

This gets tricky because we allow the admin side to override some validations.

Going to leave it as it is and leave this issue up. I think it will only work like it is currently designed.
