We are also thinking of a check box on the Work Order Form if the Client wants us to include a Chain of Custody (CoC). (The client would need to provide their own CoC with their order when they submit the samples.) This would trigger:
- a note on the Order Form.
- a flag so that at Report Time (Finalizing), TOPS would ask: Is CoC attached?”
And when Receiving sees this note, they would assign the no-cost CoC test code.
