Change repo homepage URL (404 page)

Issue

The current homepage URL https://discourse.ubuntu.com/c/desktop/theme-refresh that was set 8 years ago now leads to a 404 page:

Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.

Solution

When asking about it in the Discourse (What happened to the yaru category), the site moderators suggested to update the repo's home page since the category has been removed.

Looks like that category was removed, and the posts moved to the desktop category. I’d recommend filing a bug against the git repo, suggesting they update the home page to point to https://discourse.ubuntu.com/c/project/desktop/8 instead.
