Summary

Due to improper optical compensation of the current icon it appears like it is larger compared to neighboring icons. Also it lacks content to what it implies ( is it to refresh gnome-shell?, reload something). Adding a warning context helps user see that it is a loop icon with a warning sign (which actually emphasizes the intent of the indicator).

Keyword: "required". Which is the closes synonym to warning.

The pixel fitting can still be improved. Also maybe consider replacing the triangle warning with a 3 by 3 circle
