Add akmod-intel-ipu6 for IPU6 psys/isys kernel pieces

Describe the package

I would like to add akmod-intel-ipu6 from the RPM fusion repos as it is important for ISP (Image Signal Processor) processing to work for IPU6 cameras which a lot of webcam apps (zoom, teams, etc...) rely on.

This also ensures that colours captured from the camera are correct with noise reduction and various other enhancements that give a serviceable result. If not the camera will only use isys, which is the raw signal with horrible colours and stuttering.

I don't see this akmod in rpmfusion.

Are you referring to this driver instead: https://github.com/intel/vision-drivers?
