Availability of some files

Dear maintainers,

I am working through this little crash course right now, to give an intern at our lab a little insight into bioinformatics. There are a lot of files available through download links, however some seem to be local files. I was wondering whether you could give me access to those.
Namely the dmp.py file from Challenge 2: Dirichlet Process Means Clustering Challenge and from the Codon Alignment Challenge there is not_aligned.fasta aswell as codon_align.py.
I think this is a pretty good introduction to bioinformatics, but I adapted it a little to meet local hardware and preferences
