Include a link to "suggest an improvement"

This could be either in the viz (maybe bottom/top corner) or in the output on the command line (maybe in the beginning with the version number)? I think it is more likely people would see it in the viz. It should link to https://github.com/joelostblom/canvascli/issues/new/choose
