Remove "gibberish" answers automatically #140
Description
Automatically identify answers where students are typing random characters/non-words in the rationale. Prevent these from answering the pool (e.g., where x% of gibberish = removal). Indicate these answers as flagged inappropriate (see #61) with any others for instructors in UI or report download.
