What is inaccurate?

Define the term "PI" more clearly. We don't have to change every instance of the word "PI", but should refer back to what a PI is defined to be. While we're at it, let's define "Core Director" as well.

• "PI": The UAB-affiliated, professor-titled research faculty overseeing a lab performing research at UAB.
• "Core Director": The UAB-affiliated, director-level faculty or staff overseeing a Research Core or Core-like organization at UAB.
