Add an article with the basic outline of data lifecycle management. Add to and cross-link with PI responsibilities.

The following is a tentative outline, this is not a complete list of questions, nor should it necessarily be the final organization.

  • Who at UAB will be responsible for managing the data?
  • What is the plan for transfer of the data to a new owner if the original owner can no longer take responsibility?
  • What is the storage plan for the data?

  • What licenses, contracts, or data sharing/use agreements will be in force for the data?
