RESS doesn't take into account scrollbars

CSS Media Queries measure the size of the viewport, excluding any scrollbars. RESS appears to measure the width of the entire browser window, including scrollbars. For example, a browser width that results in media queries triggering at 1024px wide results in a RESS width of 1040px.

It would be better if RESS could measure the same width that CSS Media Queries measure.

Ok, wow, what a mess measuring screen/browser dimensions is - or at least was, 3 years ago... Any suggestions on how to best use RESS-ee then?

I probably need to review the state of device and viewport size reporting as that article relates to iOS5 so things may have changed since then. http://ryanve.com/lab/dimensions/ looks like a good reference so will add it to my to-do list to look into some time.

Feel free to modify the js in the plugin yourself if you need a resolution more quickly.

Based on the findings in the link I posted above, I've updated the plugin with Verge viewportW. I've tested it on my laptop, Android phone and 2nd Gen iPad and results seem to be accurate.
