Feature request: bounding box #11

Hi,

at the moment https://tyrasd.github.io/latest-changes/ is using the browser window size as bounding box for the map to look for changes.

This causes a problem when using the site on a smartphone. Because smartphone displays are long in height I see a lot of changes "at the top" (north) and "at the bottom" (south) of my actual area I don’t wanna see and which also creates unneccesary load.

At my PC i kinda helped myself by starting my browser with a shortcut with predefined pixel size to always have the perfect area open with one click. On my smartphone I either deal with the big area or I have to zoom in and then check "stripe for stripe".

It would be awesome if you could implement an adjustable bounding box to define the monitored area. It would be nice if the bounding box information can be stored in the url of the page (like the coordinates and zoom level) so that I can just bookmark my personal area.
