As stated multiple times in the DG and UG, this feature sorts tasks by relevance, not by exact matching. Its purpose is not to find exact matching tasks. This was specifically designed to allow the user to make broad queries and get a wide range of relevant results, which is why we opted for character matching over keyword matching.

Your query of "cs2113" returned all tasks related to "cs", and put the exact matches up on top. It performed as designed.
