So you show two screen shot. The second one is clearly not a bug because it was what we want to do with recurrence: creating the same task but with only date apart.
Then we didn't want to limit the user, if the user want to add the same task who I am to judge. So it clearly not a bug, the product work as an excepted behavior.

Severity change from high to low: This flaw didn't affect normal operation and the user can still use the program as intend. There is no crash, all the command work as intend after this flaw.
